A 30 minute HOTBOX workout, whether it is yoga, pilates, high intensity interval training or any other workout is more efficient hot exercise method than a 60 or 90 minute of a traditional yoga routine. The infrared heat enters your body as you perform the isometric postures, causing your body to release toxin through muscle contractions.
